Tickets submitted after 1PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday. Tickets submitted on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
Our i.STAR Online Ticket System allows you to create an account that gives you access to submit support tickets for the i.STAR software, track the status of your open tickets, and review your past ticket history.

PLEASE READ TICKET SYSTEM INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR NEXT TICKET
Following is a list of what issues that can be submitted on an online ticket here:
- Website down; not responding or other issues with website performance
- Issues receiving email (please note that issues with your outgoing email need to be directed to your ISP)
- Requests for web design/build work for your site
- "How to" questions with your web admin area or features
Please do not submit an online ticket for the following issues with Retail STAR or CAM32. You must call their respective tech support lines at (800) 949-1470. Those issues include:
- Issues with communications - didn't run, want one run out of the normal schedule, etc.
- Pricing or price change issues
- Web items . appearing when they should not or not appearing when they should
- Processing orders, credit card authorizations, refunds
- Questions or concerns about any functionality set up within the POS system (Retail STAR or CAM32)
- Reporting functions
Tickets submitted that should have been phoned into the regular support line will be redirected, resulting in a delay in having your issue addressed.
